BUSINESS TERMS

Customer orders made through ABE's secure on-line system will be sent to us for processing. We accept all main credit cards including American Express.

Sales & Delivery:

Books will be sent no later than 2 business days from the date on which we receive payment. Postage is charged extra at cost. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2lbs or 1 kilo. If your book order is heavy or oversized we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We would expect orders sent by first or second-class post in mainland UK to arrive within 7 working days of dispatch. Orders sent by airmail to Europe or USA should not take longer than 14 working days to arrive. However surface mail to USA normally takes at least 6 weeks.

Refunds and Returns:

We do take great care with our descriptions of book condition, but inevitably at times mistakes or omissions can occur. Accordingly books may be returned within 14 days at the discretion of the customer if they are found to be not as described. In such circumstances, a full no quibble refund, including return postage, will then be made. We want customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases.
